Job Description



As a Laboratory Technician, you will support various research and development activities within state-of-the-art laboratories. You will play a crucial role in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and ensuring the overall functionality of laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct Experiments: Perform laboratory experiments and procedures under the direction of senior scientists or lab managers.

Required Qualifications


  • Educational Background: A minimum of an associate’s degree in laboratory technology, biology, chemistry, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.


  • Experience: At least two years of hands-on laboratory experience is required. Experience in a specialized field (e.g., clinical, pharmaceutical, or environmental labs) is a plus.


  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including PCR, spectrophotometry, chromatography, and microscopy.


  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.


  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in work, with excellent documentation and organizational skills.


  • Technical Proficiencies: Experience with laboratory software and databases; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
