Your Role as a Clinical Research Associate

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Associate at Fladger Associates, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for Phase I-IV clinical trials.

• Ensuring clinical trial sites adhere to protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.

• Monitoring patient safety and data integrity by auditing case report forms (CRFs) against source documents.

• Communicating effectively with clinical site staff, including principal investigators and study coordinators.

• Participating in developing and reviewing clinical trial protocols and related documentation.

• Managing study timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure clinical trials are completed on schedule and within scope.

• Providing guidance and training to clinical site staff as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in a clinical research associate job at Fladger Associates, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as life sciences, nursing, or a medical discipline. Advanced degrees (e.g., master’s or Ph.D.) are a plus.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in clinical trial monitoring or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clinical site staff.

• Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.

• Willingness to travel extensively to various clinical trial sites.
