Clinical Trial Manager

About the Role

As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinical trials, from planning and development to execution and completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, data management, and more, to ensure that trials are conducted in accordance with protocol, regulatory requirements, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources for clinical trials

• Oversee the planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trials

• Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful trial completion

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, vendors, and study sites

• Monitor trial progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

• Ensure compliance with protocol, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines

• Prepare and submit clinical trial documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports

• Participate in study team meetings, protocol development, and ongoing review of study progress

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field

• At least five years of experience in clinical trial management

• Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of clinical trial regulations and guidelines, including ICH-GCP

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems
